Yes! Unlike other companies, we don't charge you to pause the service. If you need to pause the service for any reason, simply email us at info@ezmobiledata.com or text us at 866-441-3282 with the exact date needed to pause the service. We do need an approximate date to resume the service, but this can be changed at anytime. If you need it resumed sooner, just let us know!

We typically advise RVers to try the service without an antenna as a baseline, and then work towards adding an antenna later. This helps you understand how the service works without an antenna. If you're satisfied with the speeds, there isn't any need for additional equipment.

If you truly want to expand your service speeds, coverage, and consistency, an omnidirectional antenna is what you'll want to look for. Please reach out to us to help guide you on which antenna would work best for your needs.
