Was hesitant at first to go with this service. But, it has been amazing if your a traveler and gamer and work on pc while traveling, I highly recommend this. Keeps my games up dated without using up all my data and makes my life a thousand times easier. I spend 99 percent of the time traveling so this hot spot was perfect for me. Speeds for a hotspot are good. Service areas are good as well I have yet to hit a spot where I didn't have service.

I am going on my 4th year and the Hotspot is great in the USA as well as Canada! You really can't beat there customer service. They will go above and beyond to help!
